Garlic Grilled Chicken

You can use chicken broth and fresh minced garlic to make a flavorful marinade and basting sauce for moist and tender grilled chicken breasts.

Directions

Stir the broth and garlic in a shallow, nonmetallic dish or gallon-size resealable plastic bag.  Add the chicken and turn to coat.  Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes.  Remove the chicken from the marinade.

Season the chicken as desired.  Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium.  Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with the marinade.  Discard the remaining marinade.
