Picante Grilled Fish

All you need is fifteen minutes and a jar of picante sauce to add a punch of bold flavor to grilled salmon steaks.

Directions

Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium.

Grill the salmon for 10 minutes or until it flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning the salmon over once halfway through grilling and brushing often with the picante sauce.

Ingredients

1.25 pounds salmon steak, 1-inch thick (about 4 steaks)
0.75 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
