Seasoned Vegetables Italiano

This Mediterranean-inspired side dish features a colorful medley of fresh vegetables simmered in herb-seasoned broth.  Plus, it's ready to serve in just 20 minutes.

Directions

Heat the broth, tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and vegetables in a 2-quart saucepan over high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain and sprinkle with the cheese.

1.75 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
0.75 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
1 cup broccoliflorets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced carrot
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
