Tex-Mex Toasts

Easy to make and absolutely delish, this appetizer features Texas Toast topped with refried beans, sour cream, chopped green onions and salsa.

Directions

Spread 1 tablespoon refried beans on each toast slice. Bake in the heated 425°F. oven for 2 minutes or until the refried beans are hot.Top the toast slices with the salsa, sour cream and green onion.

1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Mozzarella Monterey Jack Texas Toast, baked according to package directions6 tablespoons refried beans6 tablespoons Pace® Chunky Salsa6 tablespoons sour cream1 medium green onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
